March 22, 2013, 11:59PM, PDT (Fri) – Super Early Bird Application Deadline

• $40 per team (professionals)  Save $100 from regular price
• $20 per team (students*)  Save $70 from regular price

April 10, 2013, 11:59PM, PDT (Wed) – Early Bird Application Deadline

• $90 per team (professionals) Save $50 from regular price
• $40 per team (students*) Save $50 from regular price

May 1, 2013, 11:59PM, PDT (Wed) – Final Application Deadline

• $140 per team (professionals)
• $90 per team (students*)

*To qualify as a student team they must have a full-time student as the Team Leader and at least half the team must be students.

Accelerator Participant | Key Dates and Participation Fees

Once you have been selected to be a Participant Team you will be required to pay a $475 participation fee per team member. The fee includes all training, mentoring, materials and some meals at our national events/training program. Click here for details on all the benefits.

• June 21 – 23 (Fri-Sun): National Academy (California)*
• June 27 – 28 (Thurs-Fri): East Coast Academy (Boston)*
• July 9 – Sept 11 (every Tues): Special Topic Webinars & Regional Business Clinics
• September 10 (Tues): Final Deadline for Worksheets, 11:59PM, PDT*
• September 24 (Tues): Mock Judging in each region
• October 1 – 18: Regional Participant Judging and Regional Awards*
• November 21 – 22 (Thur-Fri): Global Forum – Final Judging and Awards Gala (California)* – mandatory for all Finalist Teams

* indicates a mandatory event – at least one representative from all participant teams (and finalist teams, as appropriate) must participate actively in these events in order to graduate from the Cleantech Open Accelerator. You must attend either the East Coast Academy in Boston or the National Academy in San Jose – you may attend both Academies, if you wish.
